April Travels
The end of April will be quite busy. I've been ask to talk at FITC Toronto. I was already there last year and it was quite a good conference, with good talks, nice people, and lucky poker-night.
This year, I'll talk about Flash 9-10 Performances. Since I've been working on some performance-oriented libraries recently such as Physaxe and Haxe3D, I've been at the same time doing quite a lot of research about with is fast and what is slow in Flash....
... with sometimes unexpected results !
Anyway, I might not be able to hang around a lot in Toronto since two days after that I need to be back in Europe, in Cologne (Germany) more exactly, to speak at FFK09.
I'm not a big fan of airports and jetlag, but here's a small map to remind me that I will have a lot of these in the last week of April :
Hope to see some of the regular people reading and commenting on this blog at these conferences !
Hey Nicolas - I share the same fate. I've also got to be in Cologne right after Toronto. Maybe we can go on the same flight?
Sure, let's ask Shawn about it ;)
I'd love to hear the FITC talk, but don't think I will be able to make it to Toronto... Will this be recorded or do you think you will be able to post slides?
BTW- for some reason Chrome renders the FFK09 and FITC ads on this page stretched about 10X vertically. No problem on other browsers... just an fyi
